Stored Columns, Paramount Studios, Hollywood

Set designers at Paramount and the other studios are given scripts for which they have to devise buildings to play their part in the backgrounds of films or TV shows.  Once they've made their appearance, they either remain where they are or are dismantled and their component parts put into storage from which they may come back to life in some other configuration.
