The seemingly anonymous nature of this building seems appropriate to what's inside it. Whether it began life as a place to house rows upon rows upon rows of telecommunications servers or was converted from its original purpose into one, the facade without windows implies a lack of human presence. Despite the anonymousness nature of its function the structure does bear traces of the humans who designed it. The contrasting brick wall and the exposed columns were probably not necessary, but why not give in to the urge to express oneself when the opportunity arises.
