Yellow Grid, Your Bank, Western Ave, Koreatown

It's difficult to say whether the owner of this commercial building had hoped to distract attention from the array of meters against the wall facing the sidewalk and street, or that the hope was to protect them from possible damage inflicted by an out of control vehicle traveling along very busy Western Ave at Olympic Blvd in LA's Koreatown.  The result doesn't serve as much of a screen and certainly isn't a wall.
